Automatic Mortar Fire Data Controller/Computer is a small hand held wonder power, which was a requirement of Infantry for the last couple of years. Digital Integrator Pvt. Ltd. Indore has developed this, which gives immediate calculations and data to MFC for firing mortar.
The basic main function and few auxiliary functions are :
- Capacity to store Mortar positions MP Grid reference.
- Capacity to store Target positions IM Grid reference.
- Capacity to store re stored safe zones (2 points & 3 points & 3 points both methods.
- Capacity to store pre-stored crest (1 points & 2 points both method).
- Getting environmental temperature using temperature probe (External)
Ammunition firing:
- HE fire/high explosive MK-II modulable
- ILL fire/Illuminating MK-II
- HE Smoke
Accuracy:
- 5 Meter in range, 5 minutes in angle.
- 10 Meters in coordinates.
Display:
LCD display with back light viewing arrangement for night time vision. (Caution: Power consumption is more when back light in set ON)
End of Life product declared in 2016 Support ends from April 2020
